Plants by the Side of the Road

“Being happy doesn’t mean everything is perfect. It means you will look beyond the imperfections.” – Happy Pill#7

I have here some macro shots of Australian native plants which I saw by the side of the road. It was raining and I was already kinda late for my volunteering job …. but can’t resist taking these shots.

This is for Sunshine’s Macro Monday- By the Side of the Road and for Cee’s FOTD – Flowers on the Side of the Road

  1. That’s a grevillea bush. We have several in our front yard in Southern California. They are so unique and beautiful! I love the rain drops on the ones in your lovely pictures.

I take a lot of photos of flowers but I usually don’t know what it’s called. So thanks for that Janis. 💚

      1. The hummingbirds and bees love them! Btw, I’m trying to find out how to subscribe to your blog but I think I’m missing a (probably obvious) way to do it.
